Portraits For NHS Heroes is a movement created by Artist, Tom Croft and it is something I am honoured to have been included in.
It was created in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, for artists to be able to give back to our wonderful and committed NHS workers who have given so much at this anxious and challenging time.
The movement has seen thousands of amazing artists and creative individuals paired up with NHS workers across the country with some fantastic pieces of work being created! The success of Portraits For NHS Heroes has seen this features in magazines such as Artists & Illustrators and Artist Talk Magazine.
My portrait of Zoe, a Palliative Care Nurse from Buckinghamshire, is included in both the new ‘Portraits For NHS Heroes’, hard back fine art book and, Google Arts and Culture online exhibition; the link to which is below.
